The "TechGiant - 2024" Technical Fest, hosted by the Department of Computer Science at AKIDO College of Engineering on March 15-16, 2024, featured the TechGaint 1.0 Hackathon in collaboration with the many sponsors. The hackathon included 120 participants in 30 teams, presenting diverse projects that emphasized creativity and technical skills essential for innovation. It provided networking opportunities, skill enhancement, and talent exposure, along with meals for all attendees and accommodations for non-Delhi participants. The judging panel, comprising Mr. Rishabh Bansal from INGRAM MICRO(EX ORACLE) and Ms. Disha Luthra, Project Management at Google, ensured thorough evaluation and recognition for outstanding projects. All the participants received certificates, and winners, first and second runners-up got cash prizes of Rs 5000/-, Rs 3000/-, and Rs 2000/- respectively, along with the trophies.
